No, not all of our products are vegan. We offer many vegan products including several cookies, banana bread, and oat milk chai.

No, we aren’t able to make vegan, gluten-free products at this time. Soon, we will be able to accommodate more dietary restrictions.

Once we have taken the time to make your order and deliver it to you, we are not responsible for the package. We use UPS to ensure that products arrive fresh and ready to be enjoyed.

Once we begin working on your order, it can’t be canceled. If you need to cancel your event please let us know ASAP. if we have started working on your order, you will not be refunded. However, depending on the circumstance, we may be able to reschedule your order.

We ship via UPS because the products arrive faster. Packages arrive within one/two days of being shipped.

Yahshi Bakes cookies stay fresh because as soon as they’re baked and cooled, they are vacuum-sealed to lock in moisture. Then, the cookies are frozen solid to ensure that they remain fresh in the transportation process. By the time they arrive, they are chewy and ready to be enjoyed. You can optionally reheat them if you would like, but it’s not necessary.

No, our cookies don’t contain preservatives. We keep our ingredients clean and simple. Our cookies contain natural ingredients and will keep for 2-3 days. You can extend the shelf life by freezing the cookies and allowing them to sit at room temperature for at least 90 minutes before enjoying them.

No, we don’t ship cakes. They are best enjoyed fresh, and with beautiful decor. Hopefully one day we ship coffeecake and pound cakes which have a longer shelf life, and are less fragile.
